Football is in full swing this fall and no matter if you cheer for the Patriots, Jets, Dolphins, Cowboys or other gridiron great, we’re with you in spirit from Maine Camps. At Maine Camps, experienced players and kids new to the game pick up the fundamentals as they learn to pass, block, and score a touchdown in flag football. Campers learn to avoid penalties like offsides and pass interference.

Campers play football for fun and also as good prep for town and school teams. Former collegiate players and coaches are incredible instructors. And, with top-notch training in skills and drills, playing football at Maine Camps is also good physical conditioning to help campers build flexibility, agility, and speed.

As in all land sports at Maine Camps, including soccer, lacrosse, baseball, volleyball, basketball and beyond, in addition to learning the skills of the game, campers become part of a team. They learn about cooperation, and sportsmanship including how to win and lose gracefully.

To keep the game day spirit and camaraderie rolling though the year, some Maine Camps even run Fantasy Football leagues and contests.

So huddle up and hut, hut, hike! We’re psyched for football with our Maine campers this summer!
