Baseball at Maine Camps

Play ball! Spring is here and with it comes one of America’s favorite pastimes - baseball! This makes us think about the incredible baseball programs at Maine Camps.

Each summer, Maine campers enjoy playing baseball - and softball - as part of daily programming, in special events, and during intercamp games, too. At Maine Camps, skilled coaches teach the fundamentals of batting, fielding, pitching, catching, and more! Campers who are new to the game learn these skills anew. More advanced players get to practice what they know and take their game to the next level, which is useful for their participation on teams when they return home. For all, the campers are active, have fun, and enjoy being part of a team.

In addition to skill-building in an energetic and fun environment, the opportunity to play outdoors in beautiful surroundings - on well-kept fields often surrounded by beautiful Maine pine trees or near the lake - makes playing baseball and softball a wonderful way to stay active, engaged, and off screens.
