Campers love gymnastics at Maine Camps! Girls and boys of all ages enjoy tumbling, flipping fun as they learn new skills.

Many Maine Camps have extensive facilities with beam, bars, springboard floor, tumble track, vault, and rings. Others have an outdoor pavilion for enjoying Maine’s natural beauty while doing gymnastics. Each camp that offers gymnastics has skilled and experienced instructors for teaching and spotting campers. Seasoned gymnasts are able to continue their training while they’re at camp, and newbies enjoy opportunities to learn.

Campers take gymnastics as an activity in their daily schedule and many like to perform in their camp’s gymnastics showcase at the end of the summer or session.

Gymnastics is great on its own and also as an aid for other sports and life. Campers become stronger and more flexible as they build their coordination and balance. It also helps campers focus, and set and achieve goals.

So give your campers the chance to fly high this summer as they flip for gymnastics at Maine Camps this summer!
