Dr. Nick Teich, PhD, LCSW at Fairwinds Camp Consulting works with many Maine camps. He is an executive coach for camp directors of all levels of experience, helping them stay sane while directing in today’s camp atmosphere, and helping them achieve and exceed their personal and camp goals. Nick also does staff training and coaching and helps for-profit and nonprofit camps to fundraise for camperships. Nick is a former overnight camp director/founder with a background in social work, and holds a doctorate in social policy. He attended to a private camp in Maine for many years. He currently runs a directors’ group for ACA-New England for private/for-profit camps. Nick is always happy to speak to directors about any topic, always confidentially.
